Corporate & Employee Assistance Program
Our helpline services provide psychological support to emotionally distressed employees by our psychologists and counsellors through:
- Phone calls
- Text messaging
All helpline operators are qualified professionals, possessing psychological knowledge and formal practical training to handle helpline scenarios effectively and independently. They are also registered with Counselling or Psychological professional bodies.
Our operators are trained in risk assessment, with skills for identifying suicidal ideation and suicide prevention.
The helpline is also open to employees who are not in an active suicidal crisis, providing appropriate and adequate emotional support to relieve emotional distress, including anxiety and depression.
