Kaitlin Morgan

Kaitlin is an Occupational Therapist who received her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University. She is registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) and has been working in Singapore for the past six years.

Kaitlin establishes a working relationship centred around trust with her clients to ensure they feel comfortable with her to enhance the services she provides. Kaitlin has worked with patients from 1-year to 90+ years old and has experience working in community and in acute/ sub-acute hospitals and paediatric private clinics. Kaitlin’s most recent experience is with SPED school children including clinical assessments and interventions and she is passionate about helping children to reach their potential. She also has experience with:

  • Cognitive rehabilitation,
  • Geriatrics,
  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation,
  • Pulmonary conditions,
  • General medicine,

Kaitlin thrives on being an advocate for her clients, applying a person-centred approach focusing on empowering individuals to take an active role in their therapy and develop skills to achieve their goals. She has experience in cognitive behavioural approaches guiding her clients through coping strategies and problem-solving skills. In a paediatric setting she has worked with children using sensorimotor techniques to influence cognitive, emotional and social functioning across their activities of daily living. Kaitlin has utilised a variety of modalities and treatment techniques to address the unique needs of each individual she treats including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Activities of Daily Living training, sensory integration, assistive technology and environmental modifications.

Kaitlin also has experience in providing clinical supervision to practising Occupational Therapists who are AHPC conditional registrants.

Outside of work Kaitlin enjoys an active lifestyle playing field hockey, going to the gym and catching up with her friends.
