Dr. Zainab Shaukat

Pricipal ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach

(PAAC Certfied ADHD Coach Practitioner (CACP))

Dr. Zainab Shaukat

Zainab Shaukat is a certified ADHD and Executive Functions Coach and an experienced Educational Therapist. Her unique multidisciplinary background span across medicine, mental health, ADHD coaching, and dyslexia support. Her diverse professional training enables her to bring an integrated, neurodiversity-affirming perspective to her work with individuals navigating ADHD and related executive function challenges.

Zainab works with neurodivergent students, young adults, and working professionals, supporting them to better understand their nervous systems, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies that work within the realities of their lives. Her coaching approach focuses on executive functioning, motivation, organisation, time management, emotional regulation, goal setting, and building sustainable systems rather than relying on willpower alone.

Her additional training in Specific Learning Differences as an Orton Gillingham Practitioner from the Dyslexia Association Singapore (DAS Academy) further strengthens her ability to understand the interaction between ADHD, ASD, earning differences, and executive functioning. This combination of expertise offers clients a particularly holistic coaching experience, especially those whose academic, professional, or personal challenges extend beyond ADHD alone.

Zainab also has a strong focus on supporting women with ADHD and is passionate about creating spaces where women can openly explore the often-overlooked experiences of living with ADHD across different stages of life. Alongside individual coaching, she facilitates free ADHD support groups and develops group coaching programmes that combine psychoeducation, practical tools, peer connection, and collaborative problem-solving.

Her practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and practical change. Zainab aims to help clients move beyond simply understanding ADHD towards developing personalised strategies, systems, and self-advocacy skills that enable them to function more effectively and live with greater confidence and intention.
