Stephanie is currently pursuing her professional training in Counselling Psychology, and her mission is to be an advocate for mental health and encourage people to choose therapy as a lifestyle choice. After 5 years in the hospitality and tourism sector, and 10 years in the beauty industry, Stephanie decided to pursue her calling to be a counsellor. Having worked as a general manager in an SME and overseeing teams in Singapore, China and Dubai, Stephanie prides herself in embracing a global perspective of the corporate world, learning from the diverse cultures and values of her team members.

Adopting a person-centred approach, Stephanie’s sessions thrive on fostering authentic connection with her clients in a safe and non-judgemental space; believing that the core desire of every human being is to be witnessed in their lived experience. With this in mind, she challenges and encourages her clients to navigate the various (sometimes difficult) parts of themselves with the intention of gaining self-awareness, self-compassion, and becoming an integrated, whole person.

She also presently supports our Bridge, Connect and Integrate Program as a Case Manager, and cares deeply about providing holistic educational and therapeutic support not only to clients, but to their families as well. Through working closely with both family members and clinicians, Stephanie has seen many success stories of clients who have benefitted greatly from the program and is committed to the cause.

Stephanie appreciates the tremendous courage it takes for someone to step forward and get the help they need in therapy, and she is honoured to be a part of her clients’ journey towards healing.
