Dr. Tanya Graham is a compassionate and thoughtful Clinical Psychologist who is committed to supporting clients achieve meaningful change. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford, and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Systemic Family Therapy. Tanya is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Tanya’s therapeutic approach is person-centred and collaborative, grounded in the belief that each individual’s experiences are unique. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systems Theory and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring support to suit each client’s needs, pace and goals.
With over six years of experience working across the lifespan in the National Health Service, Tanya has supported children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. She also works extensively with issues related to neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and learning disabilities.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Tanya is trained to deliver comprehensive neuropsychological and diagnostic assessments, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments. She also works systemically with families, helping to strengthen communication and connection within relationships.
Her work focuses on helping clients develop deeper self-understanding, explore the underlying themes that contribute to distress, and build strengths and coping strategies that support long-term resilience and well-being.
