Yan Lin is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in adolescent mental health and wellbeing. She creates a safe and welcoming space for clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

With a diverse background spanning both community and clinical settings, Yan Lin has honed her skills in providing individual and group counselling, wellbeing and positive psychology programs, and crisis interventions to young clients. Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health issues in adolescents and adults including but not limited to:
