Yan Lin is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in adolescent mental health and wellbeing. She creates a safe and welcoming space for clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

With a diverse background spanning both community and clinical settings, Yan Lin has honed her skills in providing individual and group counselling, wellbeing and positive psychology programs, and crisis interventions to young clients.
